Id give this place no stars if it was possible. The resident Dr has been out for a year now. They change out PAs like a pair of underwear. Even though Ive been a patient for years, in order to get a referral Ive have to wait months for the now new PA to see me and then refer me. Ridiculous!

Worst patient care, I have left 3 messages and spoke with 2 people about needing medication. 1 month later and I’m still waiting. I was told they would not titrate my current dose since I was scheduled to see a provider in 1.5 weeks. My appointment was canceled the day of and rescheduled to the next available in a month.

I had a very bad experience with Starling Physicians recently. Problem 1, a front desk person decided to read aloud different medical services I had done recently while other patients were all around me. This violates HIPAA. 2, I was told over and over by an employee that she could remove a spot on my cheek in 1 laser session. It didn’t change AT ALL after 2 weeks. 3, I was told it would cost me $250 to have the spot removed yet when I checked out the price charged to my CC was $265. 4, when I made another appointment to res... read more

My doctor retired so I was lost when I became sick recently and didn't know where to go and after seeing 3 other "new doctors" who were not very helpful I decided to go back to Starling and I am so glad I did. I felt comfortable right away and it was great to see Mary. She's been a familiar and friendly face at this place for years! In minutes I saw Alexa Swan and it was such a refreshing and calming experience for me after all the bad luck I've had lately. She listened to me and didn't talk over to me like some doctors so I... read more
