So far happy with my experience such a change from where I was prior. Loved nurse Ryan from Bloomfield she was great and told me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with being pregnant again at 40. Continue to look forward to my future appointments with this practice!
I was trying to make a first patient appointment. I was asking the receptionist to help me find a doctor that specializes in the things that I need help with. She said they all specialize in something. She told me that I would need to do more research on my own, and that I should have done that before I called. And then Proceeded to get loud with me and speak over me on the phone when I was asking for assistance. I ended up hanging up because this is not the type of environment I want if I’m coming in with a medical problem.... read more
While I have no complaints about the individual doctors- you should be made aware that they send tests out of state and that will potentially cost you a LOT more money. Rather than using Quest, which is local and much more affordable, they unknowingly send tests out of state which most insurance will not cover. You've been warned!
Dr. Pixie Plummer is the best doctor I have ever seen. She shows interest in my health care. Even though, she has a full schedule always, she finds time to listen and attends to my need and concern.Never rushes me. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. ♥
