Very unprofessional group. I called them multiple times on 4/15/2022 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Andrews, but nobody picked up the phone. The recording said they would would return calls within 2 hours, so I left a message with my phone number. It's now 3 weeks later and they still haven't called back! Find another ENT group that cares!
I just got back from a visit with Dr. Melink. He barely looked at my paperwork and was hyper focused on the fact that my nose bleeds frequently rather than checking my deviated septum and listening to me about my problems. I barely had any room to advocate for myself and he cauterized my nose without even asking me if I wanted it done. Through all the years I’ve been experiencing nose bleeds, don’t you think I would have had it cauterized by now if I felt that I needed it done?
