had a positive experience with the front staff at Starling Healthcare Physicians in Newington. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to patient needs. The front team provided a great foundation for care, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, I did have concerns about the management team. In the back office, there seems to be a lack of support for staff, especially around maintaining strict doctor-patient confidentiality boundaries. Excellent! I wish I could have rated them 10 stars. The best doctors and staff I've ever been to! (and I've been to very many in my years.) Very friendly caring personel from the ladies at the reception desk to the doctors that listen to your every needs!!! Very, very highly reccomended.
Starling Physicians of Newington Access Center are exceptional! Dr’s. Brown, Oder & Lally are a pleasure to work with. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. They are thorough in their explanations of procedures or conditions. Typically they are easily accessible. The team of other employees at NAC are equally professional and approachable.
