I’ve had a long-standing connection with Sterling Physicians through my mom, who has been a loyal patient there for over 20 years. She truly loves the doctors and has always received excellent care from the medical team. Their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion have been consistent over the years, which is why she continues to trust them with her health. Dr. Twigg and her entire staff are so kind and accommodating to my family for the care of my mom. She has dementia and a few other issues, they all greet her, my dad and I with a smile, courtesy and respect.
I have been a patient at this location for years. The staff have become beyond unprofessional and rude.
