Starling has great customer service!!! Whenever I need anything for the boat, they have it in stock or can order it and the prices are very competitive.
I worked with Al in sales to buy a Contender and put my old boat up for sale. He has been extremely helpful and is knowledgeable of the products they sell. He worked around my busy schedule to ensure everything went well from sea trial to paperwork. He was very responsive to messages and questions.
I was lucky enough to have them help me navigate the process of purchasing a new Regulator. From the initial tour of the plant to them dropping off my new boat at our marina. Everything went great!
I’ve had my boats serviced by Starling for 10 years. Representatives are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jennifer in parts is the best. Scott and Liz have fixed worrisome issues with my boats.
