Absolute joke of a lawyer. It is ridiculous how hard it is to get a response out of him. He takes cases that he knows nothing about. Picks and chooses which parts of your emails he likes to respond to. Could not understand how the property across the street from me could cause me to flood when there is a 20 foot drainage easement that runs through the property, that has been filled in.
