I purchased a home that had just had a new AC unit installed by this company less than a year ago. Recently the AC has struggled and had intermittent issues. I explained that the issues were intermittent when I called to make an appointment. To their credit, they were prompt in reaching back out to me and getting a time set up for them to come out.
