The office called me on friday 5:30pm to tell me that I will have undefined waiting time on Monday 8am as they don’t have my new insurance information. The staff wasted my time on the phone. My family is not going back there.
I have been coming here with the same insurance FOR YEARS, and I made a last minute appt because my ear was impacted with wax... same problem different day. I called at 415 to see if there was opening, was hung up on. Scheduled an appointment at 1, literally wasn’t seen for 50 min. Was asked the same basic medical information several times and I just ended up leaving without being seen given my limited time. Would not recommend

Starling Clinics are no longer accepting Medicare patients. I was unceremoniously and abruptly severed as a patient after being with Starling since they expanded to DFW from Texarkana years ago. I don't know if Starling is having financial, compliance, or other issues but I do know I was dropped as a patient and not informed until I arrived for my appointment and found the Allen office closed on October 24 and my Dr. doing my appointments virtually over the phone.
Starling Clinic has a 4.3 star rating with 548 reviews.
Starling Clinic is closed now. It will open at 8:00 a.m.
