I was with my friend when he got a call from one of the employees at Starling GMC, and man, I was stressed for him. All the hoops he had to jump through sounded a lot like bad business practices. They were tacking on additional costs for the engine rebuild because he had a warranty, and I guess that takes money away from them. To me, the whole situation sounded like a cat-and-mouse game.
