I have a new 2026 Equinox that has been in the shop 3 time now. It only has 500 miles on it. The third time was this pas Monday and the car is still there. The tech does not know what to do and is waiting on GM engineering to tell him what needs to be done. This is totally unacceptable. I have only had the car for 2 months.

Horrible experience at Starling Chevrolet Orlando. We brought our 2022 Suburban diesel for a basic oil change, and they intentionally damaged the engine. After they changed the engine, We took the car somewhere else and we found out that the electrical system was completely damaged. The vehicle was almost new. The service team showed no responsibility, mocked us, and left us with a massive financial and emotional burden. This has affected our family for over a year. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
