Glad for Mrs. D (Delores) for fetching my truck after I couldn’t find it near the service entrance. After I had mentioned using my GM Rewards points at drop-off, payment was made with my phone tap, D was able to correct it after texting me about my points. She was able to refund the amount and swap using my available points! Didn’t even have to go back to the dealership. Awesome! 👏🏽
