Could not have asked for a better day-of-coordinator than Lisa from Starling . Day-of-coordinator does not do her justice. Lisa reached out months in advance of our wedding at 501 Union to get to know us and make sure we were thinking of all the right things, including providing a detailed questionnaire and planning templates. Working with Lisa on our wedding day was an absolute pleasure. We had initially hired a different day-of coordinator who had to bow out shortly before the event, and Lisa was that person’s choice to cover. But even though we went in with some nerves, the switch could not have been more seamless. Early in the process they met with us to get a sense of our vibe and vision, and then assigned a wedding planner extraordinaire, Isabella Brascetta, as our point person. Isabella was great during our planning process! She really made the whole day seamless, if anything did go wrong we didn’t notice at all. She was super kind, responsive and availability for all our needs!
Kate was a godsend. The day of our wedding, she was always right where we needed her to be -- before we even knew we needed her. The whole team worked seamlessly to corral guests, make sure we had food and drinks, and to ensure that we had enough time together during the reception. Having Kate take over vendor management in the weeks leading up to the wedding made everything so easy. I would absolutely recommend working with Starling to make your wedding day (or any other event!) perfect.
