Just used them for three separate rides while in the Seattle area. They were easy to book with and flexible on changes that had to made due to flight cancellations. On each trip I got a reminder the day before(so I knew I was on their calendar ) and the driver called before arriving each trip. Reasonable prices, all cars were roomy and clean and all drivers were courteous and professional. Great company!!

I've been to Seattle twice before and I've used Starline both times. I used them for transportation from SeaTac to the cruise port and back as well. The first time it was just my wife and myself and the second time, it was my whole family (12). Each time the driver was professional, on time and a very safe driver. It's a good feeling knowing you can trust they will be there at the time you requested and well worth the slight premium over other methods. Starline Town Car is the only car service we use. We have worked them for over 15 years. One of the first times was when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving and there was a big snow/ice storm. The roads were super bad even just getting down to our house but the gentleman said “we’ll get you there” and he showed up in his own car with all wheel drive and got us to the airport on time.
