I've been using Starline for since 2019, booking 6-10 rides per year. The service is so top notch that I never even look for alternative options. The drivers are always extremely friendly and professional, and have gotten to the point where several of them recognize me (and my young child). They are always extremely punctual, helpful, and courteous. When you call the phone number, someone answers almost instantly and is always able to help (a real, live person!).
