After a negative experience with one of the other cremation services, our family decided to stop by CremateSimply’s office to discuss their options. CremateSimply offered exactly what we were looking for, at a fraction of the price other crematoriums would charge. Sahara was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient and empathetic throughout the entire process. CremateSimply offered efficient, practical and dignified service for our loved one. There was no attempts to upscale beyond the services requested. They were sensitive to our needs and worked to keep us informed every step of the way.
Highly recommend this location. My brother and I were in search of a funeral home and cremation site for our father in December 2022 and right before Christmas, when not many places were around. Sahara was very attentive and returned our call right away. She made every effort to get us in right away, as we were from out of town and only had three days to make arrangements before heading back home to NY for the holiday. Rude! I asked for a quote emailed to me for cremation services and was informed by a staff member unless I purchase this ( she stated she would have to perform this on her computer and basically it would her waste of time unless I purchased this service)!!!!!!! Elsewhere I go and will NEVER recommend this company.
I sincerely thank you for the small gift you left on my aunts pillow. It means more than you know. The hummingbird has a special representation to my family and brought everyone to tears again. You touched us all with your kindness…..
