Couldn't even be bothered to die up for their own appointment. 21 hours later and no call to explain or adjust the time. Poor business practices.
paint job was excellent Employee brought his son to the painting ..which i was not happy with since it made me liable. when they came to move furniture back onto patio robert and his brother were very rude to me since i again mentioned not appreciating his bring child to the job. the patio looks beautiful. these employees need to learn about customer service. normally the client is the one to respect. .
Starlight power-washed and re-stained my fence. The job was finished promptly, with professional equipment, and at a reasonable price. They were even able to hide a localized stain mis-match from a previous job (by someone else) to make the whole fence much more uniform.
Starlight Restoration did a great job power washing and restaining my split-rail fence. The were courteous and professional and left the area clean when they were done. The office staff also responded quickly to my questions as well as kept me informed on when the crews would show up. I would recommend them and use them for future projects.
