If you are looking for urgent help, I strongly do not recommend. I struggle with SI and was referred here by another therapist. It took me a month to get in for testing and the another two months to schedule the feedback session. The doc, who I never met, canceled on me the day of (Dec 23) and it would have cost me $150 to reschedule after the new year because of my insurance. We were referred to Starlight when the other agency our Dr recommended had a long waitlist. We had our initial consultation where they lady told us that the Dr was out of town so she'd be asking the questions. When she found out who our insurance was through she went off about how terrible they were and how they didn't pay much for mental health testing. Such a great place that was beyond helpful for my family! My child was able to get the help they needed and to get the information that my husband and I have been trying to get for over a year when we lived in Texas but no luck there; whereas here we got in, our child was tested, then had to play the waiting game of 8-12 weeks for the final results but we were able to get more information from them than anywhere else!! I would definitely recommend this place for those with young children who may need that extra assistance.
