First time and it will be the last time going here. The lady was in to much of a rush. She cut my granddaughters skin with the dremel tool. The nails were a mess. She's had the nail stuff globbed under her nails. I helped pick it off her skin too. Had the white from the french manicure all over her skin. And I swear they are trying to save money in that place it was so hot. No air was on but they had the door open. Ridiculous if you can't afford to pamper your clients don't have a business. First time ever coming to this salon and not sure if I will be coming back. The water for my pedicure was ice cold and was dismissed when I asked if it could be warmer. Finally after the second time I said my water was cold it was fixed temporarily but was cold again. I picked the “Spa Pedicure” and was charged more than the actual price listed; which isn’t even the whole issue.
