If 0 stars was an option… I stopped here on lunch, lesson learned never “cheat” on your normal tech. The gentleman who assisted me shouldn’t have a license in the profession, that is if he even holds one. Upon multiple occasions I asked that 2 specific nails be removed completely due to being broken and SUPER GLUED on and the other was severely lifted and had BLOOD in between the natural and artificial nails. I’ve been to this salon over 3 times. Most of the time I’ve gotten Lee and she rushes on my nails and it hurts every time. It would be good if she was fast and actually did a good job, but she does not do a good job. My nails have turned out crooked, misshaped, nail art rhinestones falling off in 2 days, and when I ask her to fix something she will say “I don’t see what you want fixed”. I tried this salon on a whim because I was in the area and I'm so glad I did. I was a walk-in but they got me in immediately. The salon is very well kept and clean. I went in for a pedi and Hoa was amazing. She was super friendly and welcoming. One of the best pedicures I have ever received and the scrub massage was fantastic!! Thank you for your great service! I will definitely be back.
This is the second time I've tried this place. First pedicure was awful, two toes bled. Thought I would give them a second chance. Worse !!! although no bleeding this time.. They are short staffed like everyone else. Both services rushed and rough. Will never go back.
I’ve only been here twice. This time was just awful. One my friend and I walked in and we told the lady we had an appointment and she just acts surprised. My nail tec wasn’t the greatest. She would groan in frustration and not tell me anything. Then when she would tell me something it was to relax my hand when it was already relaxed. I could tell she was frustrated with me and it made me uncomfortable. Not even a day into having my nails done I notice three bubbles on three of my nails.
