This park is wonderful. I know the manager personally and she does her best to get things fixed. This place is a nice place to live
This place is a dump at least 4 times a year you get contaminated water. the water is so rusty my dogs pee is as yellow as a bar of dial soap. The units are not insulated so you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer, there is black mold under old carpet. the only shut of valve for the water is under the trailer so you cant get to it in the winter. Starlight is a small park with friendly neighbors. The park has locked mailboxes, a very nice playground, laundry facility with 3 washers and 3 dryers. State land is adjacent to the park for hunters, hikers to enjoy. Green Oak Village Place is within walking distance, less than a mile away. There is a bus shelter for the parks children to be sheltered while waiting for the school bus. Across the road from each home is a large lot for sheds, picnic tables, vegetable and flower gardens. I love this park! My grandparents have been living there ever since I was little, and I used to love to spend most of my summers out there. Theres a state wetlands right next door, and tons of stuff to do nearby. I still spend every Christmas with them, and it look as good as it ever did - maybe better!My grandparents love it, and wouldnt think of moving anywhere else.
This park is rural living near city life. It is next to state forest land, but within 2 miles of Brighton and 15 from Ann arbor. The rates are reasonable, water and waste disposal free and there is space across from mobile homes for a garden or recreation. Management is friendly.
i have been living here for about a year and a half,and i think it is a really peaceful, and nice place to live.everybody in the park is freindly and the owners, are very friendly also,it is a clean and well maintained mobile home park.
