I have been using Starlight products since 1997. I started out with Psycles because i was starting to go through the change of life . And I liked how it made me feel and I'm still on it. We use Lifeguard and Alert too. My husband used Alert every day when he was working. I'm so glad we started the Starlight products. And now our kids are using them too.
