The service users cared for by this provider are some of the kindest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. It was a complete nightmare. The barrier language was awful. Lots and lots of Issues from day one carries were very untidy and did not do as they was told some issues got investigated and got resolved, but some didn’t. I’m going to rate this company 1 star. Absolutely horrendous to both staff and their clients! I was employed as a night carer working 1-1 with vulnerable people. My training consisted of watching some videos online in my own time and a quick 5 minute demonstration on how to use a PEG.. with that, I was expected to know how to safely move people, give medications etc etc. How is this safe?! I wasn't self employed, yet the company also never paid my tax from my wages and from speaking to others that worked at the company, I wasn't the only one which seems suspiciou... read more
