Quite possibly the worst service department of all time, not to mention the constant issues with their service. I don’t care about the excuses I care that I’m paying a premium for a service that doesn’t work consistently… installation method was awful and didn’t work right the first time..
Genuinely the worst “technicians” out of any Dish retailer I have ever seen. These technicians are now operating in central PA and out of 15+ jobs I have been to where one of these technicians have installed it, not one of them was remotely acceptable.
