Wonderful customer service and pleasant experienced tech. Would recommend this company to my friends. I have changed my review to let people know of the poor service I received after the initial review. Grease on stairs, overpayment on invoice and refusal to fix the bumpy ride. Owner not responsive to my complaints. My advice go with another company!
StarLift was a lifesaver! I've had trouble getting repairs done on our stair lifts. Companies would close down between service calls or, when I did find a company, they did not come to our area. I contacted Jake and there were no problems getting an appointment. It took an extra day for parts to arrive, but that wasn't an issue. Joscelyn came out and did the needed repairs. Communication throughout was great and the final cost was less than the estimate. I highly recommend them.
We just had two chair lifts removed from the house. We felt Jake and his assistant were very professional, kind and helpful. They cleaned everything up nicely. Overall, it was a fast and well-done experience. We would definitely recommend them to all!
