Unfortunately we were unable to use our stair chair lift. This was due to no fault of starlift, for we had a door way that had to be negotiated. This doorway was not going to let us use the lift after it was installed. We utilized their buy back service, and had to have it removed… The process was handled very well from start to finish. I gave them the 5star rating for that. I just wished before it was bought and installed we would have known that the dimensions of the door frame and the loss of leg room getting up in the ch... read more

Joe did a great job installing the stairlift. He clearly explained how to use it and answered all questions we asked. Joe ensured that we properly used it prior to leaving. Joe had to return the next day to complete the installation but made sure my mom could use it that night. She was thrilled! Joe thoroughly cleaned up debris. One week after installation we are still thrilled with the stairlift. It rides smoothly and makes minimal noise.
