Joe was on time! He was very precise in measuring the area for my stair lift. When he realized that the measurements were incorrect he reached out for advise on how to proceed. His experience matched the person he reached out to. As it turned out there was no way a stair lift could be installed due to the dimension of my stairs. Joe is a man of integrity.
