First of all I am the Practice Manager, not a patient. I want to welcome all new Medicare Patients to our practice. As of September 15 2023 Starleen Schaffer, MD said goodbye to the old way of having a medical practice. There are 2 main reasons for this, 1. She refuses to ask insurers permission for patient testing, and 2. Too many patients to treat was leading to typical patients just being a number. I have the hardest time every month getting my one prescription and I don't know why it's so difficult but it always takes days after I call to get it. It's stressful
