Horrible phone etiquette from Lou today. I called to find out if they were accepting new patients. They are only accepting traditional Medicare patients and won't even accept private pay patients. The way he handled my question was shocking as he sounds more like he should be working at 7eleven rather than at a Doctors Office. She is the best. A doctor you can believe in. Has your well being at heart. Sometimes she littering saves me sinus infection and pressed nerve in my back. She is my primary and so impressed by her office persons. My thanks to all of you.

First of all I am the Practice Manager, not a patient. I want to welcome all new Medicare Patients to our practice. As of September 15 2023 Starleen Schaffer, MD said goodbye to the old way of having a medical practice. There are 2 main reasons for this, 1. She refuses to ask insurers permission for patient testing, and 2. Too many patients to treat was leading to typical patients just being a number.
