Finishes are sub par, I had a cigarette burn on my tiles beside my toilet before I moved in… paid over a million and had laminate countertops AND they work with scam artist companies like hcsi for the water heater which I’m sure they get a kick back from who charges you 10x what a water heater costs gives you NO service and you can’t get out of the contract because Starlane put it into the contract without telling you!!
Very poor construction quality. Poor workmanship. We having been living in the house. Lots of cracks, drywall plaster are poor
They build homes that are a waste of resources and land. They don’t care about the quality of the homes they build. Also, disrespectful and unprofessional workers.
If i could, I would give less than 1 star. Worst customer service. So rude! on every level from management to the front line - The quality of their work so poor- If you ask for the repair, you won't get any cooperation at all. One should go with them only if they wanna have a taste of "Hell"
