They build homes that are a waste of resources and land. They don’t care about the quality of the homes they build. Also, disrespectful and unprofessional workers.
If i could, I would give less than 1 star. Worst customer service. So rude! on every level from management to the front line - The quality of their work so poor- If you ask for the repair, you won't get any cooperation at all. One should go with them only if they wanna have a taste of "Hell"

We bought a townhouse in Oakville back in 2001 and had cancel before the completion of the home and we had the most professional service and cooperation from Starlane. I recommend a friend from Brampton who was buying a Starlane home in Brampton and he moved forward without any hesitation. My friend had a great experience and a beautiful home that I got to see the final product. Thanks Starlane for being an excellent home builder. Yvette
