Highly recommended...From the moment I walked through the front door of Starla's Salon and Spa I felt immediately at ease. Trying out a new salon is always scary but the atmosphere in Starla's is inviting. I had a haircut and highlights by the owner Starla and was overwhelmed by how perfect my hair was, I wanted to hug her for making me feel so beautiful.
