Starla center is the best place on the planet the staff is amazing!
The Starla Center is not recommended by our family. There are many hidden fees they don't tell you about. They tell you that if your client or family member doesn't show up that they have to charge you because they can't pay their employees, yet they opened a home for respite care. They took my family member and her husbands picture to put on the board and would not return it till we paid off our old balance for the days she did not attend.
