The physical therapy at Peak Performance has tremendously helped me both physically and in my general outlook. Lindsey provided excellent PT care in my postpartum recovery. The one-on-one care that her clinic provides is top notch. I still go see her occasionally for drop in sessions of dry needling/manual therapy after I do too strenuous of a work out. Cannot recommend enough!
