I have known Jason and Shayneh Starks since 2012, working as a contract photographer/videographer during memorial events. I’ve seen nothing but exemplary service from Starks Funeral Parlor in their care and compassion for families during extreme need. I am also the individual responsible for the poor video coverage described by Sarah in the earlier review here. In the days of COVID-19 and government mandated restrictions on the size of public gatherings, and as we prepare to lose more loved ones, choose another company for your funeral needs. If I could give a zero star rating, I would 100% do so. When the service for our daughter started (who passed due to non-COVID reasons), the streaming link promised by Starks did not work.
