Tonys just a friendly good guy very knowledgeable and transparent. I got a muffler delete and they did it in a timely manner and it sounds great. If I ever need anything else I will come back.
I’ve got some mixed feelings about this place, but it’s mostly negative. Here is the story. I bring in my 2013 Ram 1500 in for a top engine ticking noise. The gentleman working the front computer desk was friendly and helped me immediately after I arrived. I requested a vehicle diagnostic, which this business offers for free. The mechanic Josh didn't fix the problem when I had it on for repairs a few days before, he wouldn't give me a break on the labor, he was rude and harassing to me. Starks used to give me a military discount, they stopped. I left after they told me $680 to replace A hub, I went to Lawrence auto repair also In Jonesboro, my repairs for the new hub and labor was only $281. Lawrence was so nice and polite. I talked to my bishop he also informed me he was overcharged at starks Auto. Starks auto is a dishonest business.
I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The team was friendly, honest, and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was being repaired. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies these days, but this one definitely earned my business
Tony is the nicest person, I have taken two different cars to his lot for work or to be checked out, both times I have been met with nothing but kindness and actual help. Tony will try to save you money and do the job correctly. I will 100% come back here for service.
