I called Dr. Stark's office on August 6th to book a consultation for August 11th. I then called the next day to cancel the consultation which is greater than 48 hours.Per their policy, I should be refunded the 100 dollars deposit. I called twice on 8/15 and 8/21 for the refund. They said they will refund me right away, but they still haven't. The staff are both unresponsive and irresponsible!
Even though they posted under this they still have not responded to my concerns or offered me a refund for unwanted filler frontally under annesthia and a too tight pulled neck. I was referred to Dr. Stark from a good friend who highly recommended him, and is also his patient.
