First time homebuyer and NOT even one issue with these people in Niceville. I started with another mtg company and they were making me jump thru hoops. I uploaded all docs to Wells Fargo site and 2 months later, the mtg guy still hadn't reached out to me. My realtor recommended Starkey in niceville to me and it's the best advice I ever took. They gave us the best interest rate and they helped us close sooner on our new house than any other lender offered. They were there every step of the way even after closing. They answered questions and were great! Highly recommend this company.
