I am not happy having to pay a rescheduling fee when I bought this package with the stipulation that they would be done at the Starkey Medical near me! Now that I have to drive all the way to Salem, that's a huge inconvenience to me as I am disabled. Had I known beforehand I wouldn't have purchased this!! Starkey Medical will not get any more business from us after our prepaid appointments are finished. Not a very customer friendly business!!! 😕👎
