I made an appointment for them to look at my car, drove 1h round trip and when I got there the mechanic was gone for the weekend on Friday 9 AM The reason why I went there was because they listed custom exhaust in their website but when talked to the person at the front desk she told me they don't do that. She said she would call me about the rest of the things I wanted to get done, never heard back.
Always prompt and professional they are honest about your vehicle and Ashley up front is always so pleasant would recommend them to anyone
Alan shop is the best
I have had several good experiences with Starkey Auto Care over the last year or so. They are professional, very accommodating for scheduling and listen about vehicle concerns to address them in the best way possible. Would recommend anyone to go here if you're looking for a family-owned business to support in town. Thank you to Alan, Ashley and the mechanical team at Starkey!
