Nikki was absolutely fantastic! Being a new client and having an an emergency, she calmed my nerves and assured that Dr. Blackburn would take care of my baby. Dr. Blackburn and team successfully delivered and kept alive my girl and her 11 puppies. I cannot thank them and recommend them enough.
Amazing staff. I had found two very young kittens. I was concerned about some things and they took us right in last min. Helped me feel better that they were healthy and on the right track.
Very professional, they explained the issue with our cats indepth. (Our cats are healing!!) We did not have to wait long to be seen on a walk in. Thankful that they are close by.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Animal care is awesome! However the person that usually runs the front counter seems like she is confused most of the time with no desire to be there. Seems like she is just riding the clock waiting on quitting time. No sense of urgency what so ever!!!
