Used to have great trusses but I just got an order for the 1st time in a while and had a bunch of bad 2x4s, uneven along the ridge, variations in length and multiple plates that were too high.

Their place don’t exist on google maps unfortunately and the address brings you to east providence for some reason oppose to lititz pa, however this place was awesome. I got help untarping, filing them and whatnot, had a pretty good conversation with the guy and got a free drink. They even had a shower available for drivers and a nice bathroom, talk about appreciation for drivers, unlike most places out there that say thank you drivers, we appreciate you, you keep us afloat but give us a portable bathroom outside and don’t t... read more
Horrible customer service
Had a terrible experience where Stark Truss didn't follow my blueprints and as a result our garage addition didn't come together properly. However, to their credit (and the reason why I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1) they did help me put together an engineered resolution, provided all of the materials to make the repair, and fully covered the cost of labor.
