Unit at rotary location infested with mice. No refund offered. Ruined lots of stuff with dead mice and droppings.

We rented a unit with them via phone while we were coordinating a move from Alaska to Maine. It was quick and easy to get set up and the staff was eager to make this rental as easy as possible for us while we were moving. We then used them for nearly 2 years until we moved again. The staff was always available and very helpful. The facility was always clean and very well maintained. Hands down the easiest storage company I have ever dealt with and should we ever need storage in Maine again I will be going back to Stark Stora... read more
