I get to my appointment early every time and wait for an hour or more to see the doctor.been going for 20 years and dread it always.
The doctors and nurses are great. Dr. Williams was one of my favorite doctors. Ive been with Stark Medical for 20 years. The financial office is a nightmare. Called me 3 days prior to my appointment telling me to pay $100.00 dollars or i wont be seen. I advised what if i wont have in in 3 days and being diabetic how do I get my meds. She replied i would need to reschedule. I have and had the money. Juat being point of waiting 3 days before appointment and then demanding payment or not be see. my husband and i have been going to these drs. for at least 15 years. they are very friendly and very helpful and professional. they don't push you out the door' but listen to what you have to say. their staff is also the best.i wouldn't want any other drs.
They are friendly and do all they can to help you with your health issue.
Do not waste your time just a bunch of hacks who are just after your money.
