The front desk receptionist was so disgustingly rude. Did not let me explain my case to get a better understanding and automatically gave me a negative response. If that’s how she speaks to someone who she is representing I rather take my business elsewhere. Do train your Front Desk Receptionist to have empathy and kindness.

Mr. Stark is charging & getting paid a lot of money to not be on top of his job. This slow eviction process is what causes these sad landlord & tenant news stories. People are fed up already. He has failed to get these tenants out since last year, which is unacceptable at this point. He's not doing his job & before this becomes another news story, i will be writing to the mayor & get the news involved to try to get a reimbursement.
