I hesitated to write this but I think I'm just in shock that a company would completely disregard a potential customer let alone a fellow neighbor. I live in the same neighborhood that the owner lives in and commented on what a beautiful lawn he has when the person noted that this is what they do for a living. For being a commercial group, these guys have absolutely zero respect for the customers in the commercial lots that they deal with. Had to get out of my car three different times while I was there waiting and they were throwing rocks everywhere with the weed wacker pelting my car. Stark has been providing services at our facility (Life Care of Boise) for many years. We have been very happy with their level of service in addition to their response to concerns when they come along. They value quality and are reasonable in price.
