Negligent and Unreliable – We have been extremely frustrated with this company. We hired them to manage a small residential/commercial property we own and have regretted it ever since. We constantly have to harass them for our rent checks, try for months (yes months!) to get them to return our calls and have to fix the numerous mistakes they have made in managing our property .
