Old lady at the front desk was rude within the first 3 sentences of the phone call (night shift. 23Feb26). Plus she told me to watch my language when I said I don't want my dog puking, shitting, or dying while I'm sleeping, like a frickin weirdo. Like excuse my lack of professionalism, but my dog is sick and I'm clearly worried, have a little fortitude or at least bedside manner and just do your job. Absolutely disgusting two pets at home dying and couldn’t even offer comforting advice and absolutely disgustingly rude I wouldn’t support there services if someone paid me 🤮

I really don't think that should have charged for an office visit and a quick blood draw if you were going to have to euthanize your 10 year old baby anyhow... Cost $300 to watch my baby die in my arms I would definitely go somewhere else

Everyone was very empathetic and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They took amazing care of Flame, I’m so thankful! Yes, it is expensive, but they were very upfront about everything. An emergency room visit for humans is expensive without insurance, so I wasn’t too surprised by the price.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. Your animal will be treated like a prisoner until payment for their services have been received. We brought our cat here earlier this evening for an initial exam due to not eating for roughly 48 hours and vomiting, and from the time he was taken to the back, until my card was swiped we were completely in the dark as to where our cat was within their facility or what was going on with him.
