Today was undoubtedly one of the hardest days of my life. I was apprehensive about going because of the reviews, but im glad I did. The staff was nothing but warm, welcoming and kind in our time of need. They were considerate and helpful, absolutely thorough the whole way. The people here care and it is seen, in a job that is stressful and sad sometimes. Im greatful for the support and care the staff gave me and recommend completely.
Despite all the bad reviews that I have read my cat received excellent care even though I was not able to make the payment that day I was still able to take my baby home until I was able to come back for proper treatment That evening. They gave him the necessary fluids and treatment he needed now he’s home on his way to recovery. I am so grateful.
If you need to go to the ER for your fur babies, go here but just know your bill will be close to $1000… I took my cat (8 years old) to here because he was having issues going to the bathroom. I called ahead of time and spoke to an older women in need to reassurance that I was over reacting or if this was an emergency. She was a little snippy with me saying, “Well I don’t know because i’m not there but bring him in and we can go from there.” I was really panicked at the time and was trying to pull myself together. They euthanized my cat without permission during covid while they had me wait two hours in the parking lot since no one was allowed inside. Its been 5 years and I still cry for him dying alone, and can barely write this out. I think about my Hyde everyday whereas this was just another saturday for them. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BRING THEIR ANIMAL HERE. The amount of horror stories ive heard from other pet owner in the last 5 years has only made me wish everyday I had chanced it and drive farther and git him actual care.... read more
