I brought my cat here last night with an eye issue. The long drive was worth it. The receptionists, vet assistants, and vet were all friendly, considerate, and had great organization/communication when it came to a plan for my kitty. Receptionist was so rude when we were upset and stressed about getting our pet care. Yelled at us over the phone and told us we were wrong. Unbelievable how someone that rude can be in animal customer service field. Maybe fire your receptionist if you want to get more people to come to your establishment.

He felt lumps in her abdomen & on her hips which the emergency clinic did not ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust this joke of an establishment with your animals care. From the plain rude front desk receptionist, yes, the one that wears a cross on her neck which others have mentioned and you still employ, to the curt nature of the veterinarian. The only person who showed us compassion and true care was someone named Olivia who got initial information from us. The receptionists tune changed near the end once we paid, and I found it hard to even look at her- her behavior needs addressed. Wh... read more
