Such a compassionate vet. Even though we were there because our cat was hit by a car, they handled the entire experience with grace and thoughtfulness. Very caring.
Had to make an unexpected visit here for my senior cat because he had a decline in health. When I got there I was so upset I couldn't even get out what was going on with him. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and told me to come in to have him seen. They automatically took rusty to the back and assessed him. Then Dr. Peteya came in and broke everything down and explained that rusty was in very bad shape and the best option would be to put him down. We have been to this clinic multiple times with different pets over the years. They have always been very kind, understanding and accommodating - Most recently we took in our dog who ate a sock and had to get emergency surgery for removal. He ended up staying for 2 days at the clinic to be monitored in recovery. Each staff member was so nice, they gave us detailed updates and even let me visit him during his stay. So grateful for all they did for us and our boy!
When I went here one time for my dog we were there til 5 am told us our dog had a uti and then a week or two later she wasn’t getting better so we took her to our normal vet where they said she had kidney failure and got two days to try treatment it didn’t work and she died.
