Is it standard practice to hire the most rude and insensitive people at the front desk? Coming from somebody who works in a very similar field, if I were to EVER speak to a guest that way I would be fired immediately. This is a place people come to say goodbye, they shouldn’t be shamed or made to feel like they’re stupid for asking questions. I am incredibly appalled.
Our dog was attacked by another dog.. we called ahead and had our sweet girl there within 30 minutes. The staff and doctors were all beyond amazing and treated my girl with the most amazing love and care. The doctor called me late yesterday after her surgery and they were keeping her overnight and told me I could call anytime through the night to check in on her. My puppy was very sick, lethargic and bloody stool and needed immediate care and of course I was very very scared and worried and to boot I have limited funds, after expressing that issue I basically got scolded for not being a good pet owner and I need to relinquish the dog or figure out how to be responsible and pay for things before being hung up on. If I could get this place negative stars I would. My boyfriend called because we were having. And we were looking for some help. But because it was after hours, the “we got to bring her in was astronomical and well beyond anybody’s means in this economy during the stressful and difficult time whomever the woman was that answered their phones, decided to scold and lecture my boyfriend for not being able to pay over $1000 just to get the dog scene not treated.
