Our 16 year old family cat had reached a point where euthanasia was the only option. We called on our way and they assured us we would be taken in to a room as quickly as possible. When we arrived that is precisely what happened. The entire care team communicated well and showed great empathy for the situation. Can’t thank them enough for helping with Lilly

Though we did not have the outcome we wanted for our fur baby, the staff and doc were amazing!! Can’t imagine all the sadness they see. Truly amazing humans with big hearts!

We brought him in pretty late at night after we got off work and had time to spend with him. They were so kind and compassionate with him and us. Today we picked up his ashes and the amount of keepsakes that ... read more

Negative 5 stars! A friend called for a behavioral euthanasia and the lady that answered the phone was so rude to her, called her a coward and told her to drop the baby boy off at the warden to deal with. Mind you he was abused when he was a baby, I saved him from that abuser, I gave him to her and despite my efforts and her extraordinary efforts including professional training and multiple vet visits with a different vet who prescribed him medications and many tests done to see if it was a health issue, the mental damage to... read more
