Waited for an hour (wait time stated 20 mins when I arrived). The employee at the desk accidentally called my number while she was still helping the person before me, so she asked me to continue waiting. Then she forgot about me and called the next person, who took 30 mins at the window. The employee didn’t even bother to have one of the other employees help me due to her mistake. At least 5 people who arrived after me were helped and gone before I was able to be helped.
SCAM! They deliberately scam customers on titles. I lost the title to a car i was selling so I had to buy a new one. They told us to fill it out right there at counter then go to other side to get it notarized. We went over and a VERY RUDE worker named VICKI told us no we need to buy a new title. We explained they told us to at the title office. She became even more rude. So, we then had to buy a second title. I went in to get a title transferred into my name and the woman at the counter said she didn't like the way the seller wrote the dollar sign. She told me the seller needed to get a new title or I needed to get a Bill of Sale and to find a template for it online. After writing up a bill I went to a different office with the seller and the clerk there said the original title was fine! This is not the first time I've had trouble with this title office not accepting things. I understand watching out for fraud but after a pattern... read more
