Very responsive and very helpful.
This place is a joke and Richard Drake is extremely unprofessional and rude, I told him about my situation and he asked me if I knew this would cost money and I said yes and he got real nasty with me and told me good luck with finding a pro Bono attorney and hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for legal help!
This is another place that LIES! It states on their website they will help you find an attorney yet when I called this morning around 9 AM (March 9th, 2026) they straight up told me they only help attorneys!
Very professional,efficient service. Stark County called me back the next day but unfortunately could not find any attorney to handle my case. They referred me to Akron Bar Assoc and now I have an attorney.
