Management is so disrespectful and rude!!!
Worked as a Fabrication lead and my honest review is my managers and supervisors were the best. My problem was with my employees and co workers, it was like working with a bunch of high schoolers. Too much gossip, bad work enviroment, envy, jealousy etc. If you are not part of a group you wont fit in here. Luckily I was given an opportunity elsewhere, the only people that like working here and leave good reviews are those who have friends or family members here.
