I like them We were pleasantly surprised with our service. our tech was quiet but we chalked that up to personality. He thoroughly investigated the cause of our dryer and gave in depth detail about what caused it. turns out we had a mouse storing dog food in our heater inside the dryer and that where the burning smell came from. he gave us ideas as to how to stop the little critter from doing it again and showed us what to do to keep our dryer and an running. he was very good. i also like that every time I call I get the sam... read more

Poor customer service The sale was great, we couldn't be happier. Four months later I had a problem with my appliance. I specifically spoke to the owner of the store so my issue would be resolved. I agreed to the price of the service call assuming since I spoke to the owner they had it under control. When the service people came to the house they were not equipped to do the proper job. They charged me anyway even though the issued was not resolved. I was SOL, and had to get someone else to take care of problem. WE WILL NEVER... read more
