Guy came out to look at our septic alarm. Over quoted us and then never responded to do the job. He disconnected the alarm and left never to be seen or heard from again. Tried to schedule multiple times with them with no response. They did charge $220 to do literally nothing when here. I guess company can respond to negative feedback but not a phone call.
One of their employees came to our home today and spent over an hour here from about 11:26 to 12:35. 1 of our multiple cameras picked him up 1st, in our privacy fenced in back yard, that required opening a gate to enter. The last time he was seen on camera was in our driveway. There's some serious safety issues here. 1. We have never contacted this company for service 2.
