Ever since Stargazers merged with another florist the service has been absolutely horrific. I have been a long time customer that will no longer purchase from them ever again. From saying flowers were delivered and never were to not leaving flowers , not ringing the doorbell or waiting 2 minutes for someone to answer the door. They dont even call the number on the order before they decide not to leave them. Very very poor service since the merger now lost a long time customer sorry
