BE AWARE!!! Very disappointing to work with! Monthly rental rate increased after our agreed rate. added Hidden costs in the contract so i walked away on principle. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
We saw a listing for a specific amount for a townhouse. We applied and qualified. Our credit and income were fine and we were offered the property but, they unethically, increased the price of the rental AFTER they approved us. We expressed our grievances but they showed no concern. My husband and I were pressed against time as my daughters would be starting school soon so we felt like we had to give in to their demands. I am in the industry, and this is the absolute worst management personal I have dealt with. So disappointed! It's too bad because the owner of the property is a genuine gentleman. I would have rather Interacted with him directly.
