They have an extreme lack of organization. I would receive a text the morning of asking if I could come in within a 30 minute or hour window with my children. When I had to reschedule an hour and a half before the appointment because of issues with my car I was berated and told that I was taking other clients time up. When I brought this to the attention of our pediatrician she said that others felt the same way about their lack of organization. In looking for therapy addressing trauma for our 20 year old grandson, his Nurse Practitioner at Family Solutions suggested the book, The Body Keeps Score, and a referral to Stargait Physical Therapy. I took my 19 ms old daughter in for concerns about a limp. Denise and Ellen both took the time to assess what was happening and help ease the stiffness. They also showed where she was missing some other reflexes that should be there and helped to improve them. Thanks!!
